Prosperity Properties logo

This was a logo that was commissioned by a local Real Estate brokerage that I work for called "Family Tree Realty & Investment's". The main owner of the business owns a side job of flipping houses he wanted to branch out and start branding this side business. He approached me and asked me to make a logo that used the color palette of the main companies colors. Which included blue and green. So I made this and also included other variants that can be used for printing or placing on black and white backgrounds. Needless to say the owner loved it and uses it currently for flyers and business cards.
